CPA/Attorney needed for Tax strategies and tax preparation

Looking for a CPA/Attorney to help me with tax strategies and also can file the tax return. I own a home and have two W2 jobs in two different states. I have brokerage accounts with 401k. I need advice with self-directed IRA, real estate investment strategies for the best tax-efficient method. Anyone with an IRS job background will be a plus. Must have experience with real estate. If you are not a CPA/Attorney with real estate investment experience kindly disregard this job post. I am flexible with the price as well depending on the background.
