CPA Advisement on Employee Taxes & Small Business

I am a California small business owner who just set up my LLC for an Information Technology Consulting and Services Company.
I am doing my budget and need assistance in determining future employee salaries and understanding the tax side of things. Most of my employees are international so I need insights and guidance for both domestic and international.
I anticipate just needing an hour of guidance or two hours of 'great advice', so I will pay for a consult. Of course, I will eventually need a CPA for my taxes too.
