COMPUTER FOR MIND FRESH

I am seeking a laptop with Windows as the operating system. I understand that, while a monitor and other hardware peripherals are not required, the more options I have, the better my experience can be. That being said, I am seeking the most cost-effective, quality solution for my new laptop. It is important to me that I get a machine that is capable of running basic tools for work purposes and also in order for me to enjoy new and exciting computer activities. My main goal is to be able to do creative work on the machine to free my mind and help me achieve a sense of relaxation.
