Business Tax Returns for 2020 and 2021 - IRS negotiating a bonus
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need tax returns done as quick as possible. My business is an LLC electing as an S Corp. I am in the midst of a divore. My finances are a bit of a mess but I can supply all of the bank statements and explain what I need in more detail. Money has been spent personally out of the business and business income/expenses have gone through my personal account at times. I am trying to clean all of this up.
I would like someone to help me file an extension for this year and then get my P&Ls and tax returns done as quick as possible.
Also someone familiar with approaching the IRS and getting some fines and liablilities reduced and payment plans set up would be very helpful.
I am hopeful there are some independent account/legal options that will be able to help me get this done on my budget as local firms with large overhead costs are fairly expensive. I would think there are some independent freelancers with abilities in these areas but with much less overhead. Lets talk!!! Message me if what I need is in your wheelhouse!
