Business Plan Review and Valuation Assesment

We are a online startup. We will be going for our first round of funding soon. We are looking for a business consultant who can review our first draft of business plan and suggest the changes/improvements required. We also want consultant to consultant to do an accurate and realistic assesment of our business valuation so we know how much equity we should be ready to trade.
