I’m getting everything ready for a new business-loan application and need lender-ready financials put together quickly and accurately. The bank has asked for three statements only, so your focus will be tight:

• Cash Flow Statement
I’ll supply my raw bank statements data, sales reports, and any supporting invoices in Excel and QuickBooks formats. Your job is to clean up the records, verify consistency, and present the statements in a clear, GAAP-compliant format that a loan officer can review without questions.
Please include brief notes on key assumptions and highlight any unusual items so I can explain them during the lending meeting. Final deliverables should be provided in both PDF (for the bank) and the original spreadsheet (for my files). Accuracy, attention to detail, and a quick turnaround are essential.
