US Business Formation & Management Expert
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm in need of a professional who can help me manage the formation and maintenance of both LLCs and Corporations and Non profits in the US. The tasks will include:
- Registration of LLCs and Corporations, Non Profits in all 50 states of USA
- Processing EIN Applications
- Handling calls to the IRS for EINs and various notices
- Completing Secretary of State filings such as dissolution, domestication, conversion etc.
- Managing Payroll tax registrations in all 50 states
- Overseeing Sales tax registration and return filings and much more
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in US business law, tax law and experience working with the IRS and Secretary of State. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks at once are essential. Experience with USPTO filings is also a plus. Good communication skills are necessary for handling IRS calls. I'm looking for a reliable and efficient partner to help me navigate the complexities of US business formation and management.
