Business and Financial Administrator with 1-3 Years Experience

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Business Manager and Financial Administrator to oversee and manage the financial and operational aspects of our three brands. The ideal candidate will act as a financial overseer/controller, ensuring smooth financial management and connecting the dots between our businesses. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting systems (overseeing not operating) (Surf, Xero, Trust), reviewing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, liaising with bookkeepers and external accountants, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with local offices and insurers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience as a financial controller or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Ability to work with a diverse team remotely
