As a locksmith business owner, I'm looking for a professional to help me itemize my business expenses, file 1099 forms for my contractors, and strategize to minimize my tax payments this year. I have sold one business in Kansas that had one contractor for 2024, and have owned another in North Dakota that has had 4 contractors that were all 1099.
