Business Accounting

I'm planning on purchasing a business and would like to find someone who can help me determine if the business would be a good venture. This would include reviewing cash flow statements, P/L, and other pieces of information. This could be on multiple different businesses, and I hope to find a person I can count on to review the data and give a non-biased opinion. I don't have a business ready to evaluate at the moment, but would like to have someone ready for when I do.
