Build financial dashboards in Google Data Studio based on raw data in Google Sheets

Please also state whether you are familiar with dealing with data from Xero.
We use an integrator or bridge software to move raw financial data from our client's accounting system (Xero) into Google Sheets. We would like someone to transform the raw data in the Google Sheets into financial dashboards in Google Data Studio.
You will need experience dealing with raw financial data so you can create the KPIs we require such as the Average Customer Spend, Gross and Net Profit and the average number of transactions per customer. We will also need to show customer retention - how many customers were invoiced this month who were also invoiced in a previous month.
