Build a custom ERP solution

Looking for an experienced professional to analyze and setup a custom ERP solution for a semi manufacturing/ finishing industry company. Must be able to physically visit facility in U.A.E therefore prefer to work with professionals available in U.A.E.
Presently using Zoho books for basic accounting so require integration with this if not using Zoho creator or other Zoho apps.
