Build an accounting table (in excel or worksheets) fed with data from other tables

I need a table that will help we me with my cashflow, accounting and payroll. There will be sevaral tables which will feed each other data. I have tried to do it myself but I am not an expert. I think with an expert we could do it in a day or 2.
