Build me Accounting automation system

We are transport company with around 20 drivers 22 trucks delivering bulk loads all across NSW , Australia. As we are growing rapidly it is getting very hard to manage and maintain the chain of responsibility starting from driver submitting their paperwork to a cloud storage then a bookkeeper manually create PO number then billing and finally invoicing. In all this double handling we are wasting hours daily so i need experts who can solve this problem once and for all for automating data capturing system.
