Bookkeeping for my small business and personal finances for 2020

I need help inputting and setting up some sort of accounting system / bookkeeping for my small business and personal finances for 2020. I am thinking in excel or some other free type accounting software. My small business did about $10,000 in 2020. I need to be able to provide a ledger and profit and loss to an accountant to file taxes.
