Bookkeeping for small business

I am in need of bookkeeping help for my small business. I need someone to

- cross-check deposits from our email inbox invoices are deposited to our bank account
- reconcile our Receipt-bank invoices, receipts
- reconcile our bank accounts in QuickBooks
- loan schedules
- profit/loss statement to be emailed monthly to me
