Bookkeeping for an online school

Hello accountants,
we're a small online school that mostly does online (Live) training and we also sell the typical pre-recorded courses to individual students (B2C). We also do some B2B activities to help companies find junior talent.
We are incorporated in Canada on the federal level, our customers are online and everywhere.
A lot of our payments are done via Stripe, and B2B invoices are normally paid via electronic transfer.
I would like to hire someone to take over the bookkeeping. We recently started charging VAT in the EU and that will need to be processed by you. We use QuickBooks Online.
Does the incorporation in Canada matter? Do you think you need to know something special in order to do this job? Let me know in your application.
What is your experience with selling digital courses and the corresponding consumer tax?
General qualities I'm looking for in anyone:
- accountability. Your word needs to matter. If you propose a deadline for delivery, either deliver on time or let me know before if you can't make it.
- systematic. I'm going to give you a TON of feedback. You have to be able to go through every single comment and either fix it or reply. If you're reading this, include the word 'bish' in your application. If I tell you 24 things to change, and you process only 22 of them, it's not going to work long-term.
- you have a good amount of demonstrable experience
- you're willing to learn, always.
