Bookkeeping Services (Quickbooks Online)
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We are looking for someone to reconcile our account balances on a weekly basis (10-18 hours per week). This is more regular ongoing work each month.
In addition to general weekly account reconciliation, we need someone to assist with account cleanup in Quickbooks Online (undeposited funds balances, negative AR, etc.). There are several accounts that need to be cleaned up so our books are good going forward. These were legacy issues from before our company used any accounting or receivables services.
Finally, from time to time we'll need recommendations on how to handle certain journal entries related to our balance sheet and P&L. Two examples are employee stock options and negative A/R balances.
To be a best fit for this job request you need:
Ability to communicate clearly
Responsiveness (1-2 days response time preferrable)
Willingness to offer explanation, advice and recommendations on accounting procedures and balance sheet entries
Knowledge of Quickbooks Online
