I am looking for a bookkeeper who can assist me with my yearly bookkeeping services. My current accounting software is Xero, and I need someone who is proficient in using this software. The focus of this project will be on bank reconciliation, so I need someone with experience in this area.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in using Xero software
- Experienced in bank reconciliation
- Knowledgeable in financial reporting
- Familiarity with payroll processing
Tasks:
１- Matching invoices to bank accounts
２- Processing payments such as Mada, Visa, MasterCard and delivery applications
３- Depreciation treatment
４- Salaries
５- Processing and checking daily entries such as calculating the cost of goods sold and calculating advance payments
We need to adjust these accounts so that the numbers and financial statements are fair and reliable for decision-making
