Bookkeeping and Accountant

I own a small business in Melbourne, Australia. It's a food business and I am looking for a bookkeeper and accountant to take care of invoices and keep count of GST every three months and taxes every year. I am looking for someone experienced since I want to make sure that we can squeeze all kinds of money out of taxes and GST and cut costs where we can.
