We are in search of an experienced bookkeeper to support our childrens day nursery business on an ongoing basis. We ideally want someone with prior experience working with a childcare business and it would be super great if they had any experience at all using the Famly software but we are not expecting this and it is not a must.
Duties will include:
- Setup of bookkeeping package (xero/quickbooks)
- Monthly reocnciling of parent and government payments into the account to make sure all fees are paid
- credit control for unpaid fees
- Eventual management of CRM/famly childcare software for recording invoices/accounts paid and tracking hours or extra payments.
- possibly some other additional administrative tasks as and when required.
