Bookkeeper - real estate - using Microsoft Dynamics AX - weekly role

I'm looking for a bookkeeper about 8 hours a week - it could be 1 full day a week, or spread over 2 or 3 days. Based at our modern offices in Bondi Junction. Includes data entry into Microsoft Dynamics AX of real estate rental invoices (and sending to tenants), cash receipts (and contacting tenants if they are late), vendor invoices, and paying vendors. Entering everything so we can give our external accountant the general ledger so they can prepare the BAS. No payroll.
This is an ongoing role - every week.
