Bookkeeper needed for Residential Construction
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are residential home builders. This month, we left the Professional Bookkeeping service, and hired someone who has bookkeeping experience, but not the depth or level we need.
Therefore, while she becomes better at her job, we have specific questions and need answers to those questions. We are seeking a consultant to keep us on the straight and narrow, and make sure we don't do anything stupid.
Examples are: How do we correct our preconstruction deposits, or how do we account for this loan correctly, or is this checking account set up correctly. Or its time to create a budget and refer back to it monthly/quarterly.
About us- we do about 6million in sales annually and have 14 employees and 60 active subcontractors.
