We're a small manufacturing company seeking a diligent Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks Online. The role involves approximately 15 hours of work per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciling bank statements
- Preparing financial reports
- Accounting for Work In Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG) inventory
Financial Reports Preparation:
- Balance Sheets
- Income Statements
- Cash Flow Statements
Frequency of Reports:
- Monthly
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Previous experience in a manufacturing company preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reports and inventory accounting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to commit to approximately 15 hours per month.
