As a rapidly growing solar business in Australia, we're on the hunt for a proficient bookkeeper to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primarily using QuickBooks to manage our finances
- Verifying orders to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Tracking due payments to maintain positive cash flow
- Preparing financial statements for our review
- Managing ABA files to facilitate smooth transactions
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in bookkeeping is essential
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must, with strong skills in Xero and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to handle financial tasks with precision
- Availability during Melbourne time, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Willingness to dedicate 6–8 hours per week to our business
