I'm a small business production company in need of a reliable and experienced bookkeeper. The specific services I require include expense tracking, invoice management, and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking all business expenses to ensure financial accuracy
- Managing invoices to ensure timely payments and maintaining good relationships with vendors
- Processing payroll for our small team
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably for small businesses
- Familiarity with the production industry is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Please note, I have not yet selected a specific accounting software. If you have expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks, your input on which would suit my business best would be greatly valued.
