Bookkeeper & Business Services Accountant experienced with Australian Small Businesses & Taxation -- 2

We are a new business about to launch into great things and need a fully qualified Accountant with at least 1 to 5 years experience with Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks Online, SAP, Oracle, and dealing with both Australian small businesses and large corporates.

Alongside our Australia accounting team, you will work with our small to medium business clients and provide accounting, payroll, superannuation,

Accounts Payable (AP) and AP Management
- Accounts Receivable (AR) and AR Management
- Payroll processing STP and PAYG & superannuation reconciliation.
- General Ledger Maintenance and Data Integrity
- Fixed Asset Registers
- Bank Reconciliation
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- EOM Journals and Processes - experience with accruing expenses and debtors, and reversal entries ARE A MUST.
- Profit and Loss Analytical Reviews
- Business Activity Statements
- Instalment Activity Statements
- Cash Flow Management and Review
- Monthly Reporting and Insights

Past experience as a Financial Accountant, FP&A Analyst, and/or Financial Controller, would be highly favorable.

Experience in transition clients to Xero from other accounting packages will be highly sought after.

This role is available to start now. There is an expectation that you work between 10am to 6pm Australian Time.
