US Bookkeeper / Administrator
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
We are an Australian business which is opening a subsidiary in the US which will commence trading in the next 3-4 months.
The businesses involves exporting our products to a warehouse in the US and then operating a B2C ecommerce business.
We have a very experienced management team in Australia but we do not have any experience in the bookkeeping requirements for a US LLC.
We are looking for a Bookkeeper who can ensure that we stay on the right side of the law when it comes to accounting for sales taxes and dealing with State and Federal Government bodies.
Please note this is a part time position and I expect that the workload will be in the region of about a day per month. The actual ongoing work will not commence until October / November this year but we will have some tasks that need to be completed before then.
All Accounting work will be done on Xero.
