Bookkeeper
I am looking for an ongoing bookkeeper to help with my small holding company within Canada. You will be hired for 2023 and 2024 ongoing. Having great English communication skills is extremely important.
Services Required:
- Reconciliation of bank statements for the past couple of months.
- Expenses and transactions are categorized correctly
- Trial Balance prepared for my accountant as my company's year end is Nov 30.
- Basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions and reconciling bank statements.
- Preparation of financial statements and reports for accountant
Software:
- I use Quickbooks & Dext so proficiency in this software is required.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with Canadian small businesses
- Previous experience in bookkeeping for small businesses is preferred.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance in Canada is a plus.
