Bookeeping

I'm looking for an experienced bookkeeper to provide ongoing support for my business in Australia. I currently use Xero for my accounting software and the services I need are accounts receivable and bank reconciliation. I would like my books to be updated weekly. I'm looking for someone who is highly knowledgeable in this field, organized, and responsible. The ideal candidate should have experience with Xero. Please let me know how you can help my business.
