Experienced Bookkeeper Needed for Canadian Companies

Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software
- Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting principles and tax regulations
- Previous experience in providing bookkeeping services for Canadian companies
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording financial transactions
- Ability to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger duties

Project Requirements:
- Provide ongoing bookkeeping services for multiple Canadian companies
- Input and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process invoices and payments
- Assist with general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Familiarity with Canadian tax regulations and ability to prepare GST/HST returns
- Collaborate with the client's team to ensure accurate financial reporting

Deliverables:
- Accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Timely preparation of financial reports, as needed
- Assistance with any additional bookkeeping tasks as required

Note:
- While monthly financial reports are not necessary, they would be helpful for monitoring the financial health of the companies.
