Book keeping

I need a book keeper that can come in once a month and run reports and reconcile my account. I need someone who knows how to do quarterly reports in addition to reconciling accounts.
My books are inputted from July. I would like to have someone come and reconcile all my accounts; 4 Accounts. Before the end of the year. Then starting in January; do quarterly reports, monthly reports and reconcile.
