Book keeper Xero

I am seeking an experienced bookkeeper who is very familiar with Xero software. I am currently using Xero for my bookkeeping and need help with reconciliations on a weekly basis. The bookkeeper I hire will be responsible for reconciling accounts in Xero and ensuring accuracy of my financial statements. I am looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the Xero platform, a proven track record in bookkeeping and accounting, and the ability to quickly learn my processes and data requirements.
