Book keeper
Budget: $2 – $15 USD
I am looking for a bookkeeper who can provide general bookkeeping services using QuickBooks software on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in bookkeeping and be proficient in QuickBooks. The following services are required:
- Recording transactions
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Generating financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
The candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently. Attention to detail is also key. Experience in payroll services would be an advantage.
Great English would be a plus. We would upload all our bills and bank rec to a cloud, you can do the entry from there. The cloud folders could be organized to mimic our chart of accounts. We would want you to be on Microsoft Teams as well, so we can do online screen share.
