Book Keeper for HK company

My company is based in Hong Kong but we all work remotely. However accounts needs to be kept in good order, which they have not been for quite some time....

I need someone aware of HK rules and who knows how to use Quickbooks to make us compliant and make sure we file everything on time.

A strong disciplinarian would be good!
