Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file U.S. tax returns (individual, corporate, and business) in both Spanish and English
Offer comprehensive tax planning and advisory services to individuals and businesses
Manage accounting tasks including financial statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliation
Stay current with changes in U.S. tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance for all clients
Assist clients with tax issues, audits, and resolution of any discrepancies with the IRS
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Provide clear communication of accounting and tax matters to clients in both languages
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in U.S. tax preparation and accounting
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax laws and accounting principles
Experience with accounting and tax software (QuickBooks, TurboTax, etc.)
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
