Banking ACH Internal Audit

I need writing up Internal Audit (IA) Planning Memo, doing audit testing with a prewritten audit program and to write draft Internal Audit report. I have all the back up documents and templates to use. I am just short on time to put together which is why I need help. Would require general ACH, Wires, Banks, US Banking money transfer rules and google doc knowledge. Prior Internal Audit knowledge helpful. ACH is just Automated Clearing House which is what banks use to send money back and forth between bank accounts. There are published NACHA regs that banks adhere to.
I will send all material. Might take 40-50 hours. Not a rush job I have a few weeks but I already know I am too busy with other reviews to finish on time.
