Bank Statements auto reconciliation from different google sheets.
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I am looking for help in automating the reconciliation of bank statements from various Google Sheets. I need this data to be used for reporting purposes. The data that will need to be imported into the reconciliation platform will include both manually entered data and external data sources.
For example
In one sheet all the transactions received will be available, lets take 1 transaction;
1 transaction received with transaction ID as below
Transaction ID - 14564953
amount received $20,000.
this amount needs to be assigned to several individuals and reconciled.
The data will be provided in a seperate google sheet which should be linked to the above sheet where transaction was received.
Name - John Doe, amount - $4000, Transaction ID - 14564953
Name - Serena Joe, amount - $2000, Transaction ID - 14564953
Name - Michael Sandt, amount - $4000, Transaction ID - 14564953
Name - Jonatha Davies, amount - $1500, Transaction ID - 14564953
Name - Joseph Mclovin, amount - $3500, Transaction ID - 14564953
Name - Syren Jones, amount - $2200, Transaction ID - 14564953
Name - Sergio Munez, amount - $2800, Transaction ID - 14564953
Total Amount being $20,000
I would want to match both the amounts and create an auto recon file. From 1 transaction to many. Robotic process automation or any method you can suggest.
