Balancing the Balance Sheet - Financial Statements

I am working on preparing financial statements for a business model. The balance sheet is not balancing - I need some help to review the financial statement P/L, Cashflow & B/S to help to identify the reasons why the balance sheet is not balancing and to help to balance it.
I will need your explanations as to why it was not balancing and the changes that you made to make it balance so that they make sense. The financial statements are in excel.
