Back Office Auditor
We are searching for an experienced Back Office Auditor to join our growing and busy practice. This position is open for Auditor’s with solid experience in the field.

Typical duties include:
Collating, checking and analyzing billing claim data
Examining patients account to identify discrepancies and areas of opportunity
Providing daily, weekly and monthly report of findings
Checking that ledgers and records are accurate and reliable
Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made
Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations
Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with
The right candidate should meet the following requirements:
Very Detail Oriented
Management experience is a plus
Low to Intermediate English (mainly reading and writing)
Must have the following values:
Positive Energy
Teamwork
Constant and Never Ending Improvement (CANI)
The following Bachelor degrees are a plus:
Business, Accounting, Engineering & Finance
