Australian E-commerce store is looking for a bookkeeper/accountant who is IT proficient and is experienced with XERO.
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
On XERO, the tasks will include management of:
- Purchase ledger from multiple sources (Mostly linked with DeXt)
- Sales Ledger
- Bank Accounts
- PayPal Account
- GST
- Xero Bridge app (links shopify to XERO)
- Statements management
- Must-Be:
o Independent
o Hard Worker
- Must-haves:
o Initiative towards work.
o Good English communication skills
o Expertise in the systems mentioned above
o Great in sending updates about tasks assigned
o Can finish a task within deadline
This will be an ongoing project, where the length of the project will depend upon the quality of work by the candidate. From experience, we know that this will around 10-15 hours/month job.
