Australia–India Accounting Partnership -- 2

I’m building a service hub in India that combines local reach with Australian‐grade assurance and compliance. To do that, I want to partner with an Australian accounting and audit practice that can co-brand and jointly deliver tax consultation, financial auditing and day-to-day accounting for medium-sized enterprises.
Here is what I’m aiming for:
• Shared engagement model: we handle on-ground client management, you supply the review, sign-off and technical oversight required under Australian standards.
• Processes built around QuickBooks (our current stack), with scope to layer in your preferred add-ons for audit trails and secure document exchange.
• A clear framework for quality control, reporting timelines and escalation so our joint deliverables meet both Indian statutory requirements and the rigor expected by Australian regulators.
