Audit report
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I visit several locations for safety audits, I must submit a report afterwards. Including corrective actions if needed. I am not good at writing reports. OSHA requires documentation be submitted to our company after I complete audit. My company requires this report and I don’t want to lose my job.
