Audit for Louisiana LLC - Bank Compliance

I'm seeking an external financial audit for my client which is a small Louisiana-based LLC. The audit is required to comply with their bank lending covenants and needs to focus primarily on the 2024 financial statements. The audit period will cover the last fiscal year, and this is the second year they have been subject to audit. The client is in the construction industry, focused on building and repairing commercial buildings. They use Sage Intact Construction as their general ledger, and a full pre-prepared file for auditors will be available from in-house Controllers.
Our expectation is that this audit would be performed remotely, with 10-15 hours of audit time required.
Key Requirements:
- CPA, with the legal authority to issue audit opinions in Louisiana.
- Proficient understanding and application of US GAAP standards.
- Extensive experience in auditing for small businesses, particularly LLCs.
- Proven track record of ensuring compliance with bank covenants.
- Ability to conduct a thorough and detailed examination of financial statements.
