AthenaOne Billing Expert Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Our multispecialty practice runs entirely on AthenaOne and an urgent gap in staffing means I need an expert who can jump in right away and keep our revenue cycle moving. The immediate focus is two-fold:
• Claims submission – enter charges, scrub, and transmit electronic (and the occasional paper) claims through Athena Collector with zero batching delays.
• Payment posting – reconcile ERAs, lockbox deposits, and patient payments daily so the A/R dashboard stays accurate.
I expect you to be fully fluent in every pertinent AthenaOne screen, shortcut, and report, because there won’t be time for on-the-job learning. Work begins as soon as we agree, and the first milestone is clearing the current three-day backlog within 48 hours, followed by steady same-day handling of new encounters and remittances.
Deliverables will be considered complete when the backlog is cleared, current-day submissions and postings are fully processed, and the daily balance report in Athena shows no unreconciled items.
