- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience working remotely or in a virtual team is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Perform various bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable management
- Provide ongoing support for day-to-day bookkeeping needs
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations
Communication:
- The preferred method of communication is through phone calls
- Availability for regular check-ins and updates
