Asset allocation in divorce

I have a very specific question and I’ve been told the way I understand it is accurate, but I wanted caselaw to back it up . Your information said you have dealt with asset distribution and my question is very finite, so I should not require a lot of research so perhaps you could give me a special offer. If we are getting divorced and could possibly go to a masters hearing, and I have several large judgments against me Because she would not give me money to hire an attorney to defend by self as she is a Dr. making 400,000 a year and controls our finances. She’s not legally on the judgments it’s in my name only but other Pennsylvania law They are very rude that as they were Entered during our marriage and in relation to marital investments and properties. It’s my understanding that she is responsible for half of those debts and it should be a credit towards me when they figure out how much I’m supposed to get. I’m looking for case law that backs that up.
