Selling part of my FedEx package delivery business in Fort Myers FL. Need a Purchase Agreement and a Note for the buyer. The sale is $820k, 8 trucks included. Note is part of SBA finance - seller finance portion of 10% ($82k), 10 year term, 6% interest, no payment for first 2 years.
