Applying for TIN in Philippines

Hi! I need some help applying for a TIN with BIR in Philippines please. The information on the BIR website is confusing to me.
I am a foreigner non-resident and would like to buy shares in Philippines with Philstocks or ColFinancial. I understand that I need a TIN to do this and am trying to understand where to start.
If this is something you know how to do please contact me. It's a fairly urgent project, I want to get the application submitted today or by Monday at the latest.
Please indicate in your project proposal that you know how to do this and can work on this immediately.
