Answer a few quick questions about Balance Report, quick $10 in 5 minutes
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I just have two quick question about the balance report in the image provided.
Why does the line on row: HOUSING ASSISTANCE, column: This Period appear as a credit? "22,574-." It seems that for that period, there should be a credit for the Grand Total, but why does that amount also appear as a credit in the HOUSING ASSISTANCE row? Why isn't Housing Assistance listed as a Revenue or Expenditure? Is that line supposed to indicate the budget for HOUSING ASSISTANCE? If so, shouldn't the HOUSING ASSISTANCE total under the Year-to-Date column also be a credit, in order to balance the budget?
